Hale, and owner LaSalle Investment Management’s multi-level warehouse development has seen progressive works over the past months.
The Southern Warehouse is preparing for ground floor subbase and concrete slabs while roofing and wall cladding is now complete.
Looking to the Northern Warehouse, concrete has been poured to the first ramp and part of the breezeway, reinforcements have been installed and ready for suspended slabs with level one structural steel now erected in preparation for roofing and wall cladding.
We cannot wait to see the final outcome of one of Australia’s first large-scale multi-level warehouse!
